Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using this website and the PhotoDocumentarians App mobile application operated by Kajabi ("us," "we," or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service ("Purchase"), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase, including your full name, address, and payment data.
Mentorship Programs
The mentorship programs have different payment options. The price will depend on the chosen payment plan. As this is a private coaching program with limited availability, once enrolled, there is no possible cancelation or refund.
This program includes live sessions that might be recorded and used for promotion and as educational content. By assisting in the Live session, the student agrees to this term.
If you opted for a monthly payment plan, you are required by law to complete all the payments for your payment plan, and no refunds are possible. If the payments stop at any time, you will lose access to the mentoring program, and legal action can be taken against you.

Live Events
Refunds for live events are available up to 7 days before the scheduled date. Please note that pricing for live events may vary depending on the time of purchase or the platform through which the event is accessed. By attending the event, participants agree that recordings of the session may be used for educational and promotional purposes. Additionally, attendees' contact information will be added to our newsletter to keep them informed about updates, resources, and related offerings. Participants can opt out of the newsletter at any time.
One-to-One Grant Proposal Review with Sebastian Liste/NOOR
This personalized service includes two 45-minute sessions designed to provide in-depth feedback and guidance on your grant proposal, helping to refine its quality and maximize its potential impact. Due to the bespoke nature of this service and the time commitment involved, refunds or cancellations are not possible. By booking this service, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
Subscriptions - The Collective
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis as described in the product information. If your payment is declined, you will lose access to the product. To cancel your subscription, you may contact us at [email protected] at least 72 hours prior to the date you want to stop the periodic payment. We do not offer money refunds for this service.
Enrollment is 27€ a month. You will get in at the current price and be locked in at that price as long as you remain a member in good standing. You will have access to all the content for as long as you are a member. No strings attached. You can stay for as long as you like. You can purchase a Yearly offer and save 2 months, this offer is not refundable.
You may have access to the membership content for as long as you are a member; when your subscription is canceled, you will lose access to all the content. This is a digital membership, and you have full access to the services only while paying for them.
This Membership includes Live Sessions that might be recorded and used in promotion and as educative content. By assisting to the Live session the student agrees to this term.
Courses
The Photographic Storyteller Course
This is a 10-week course, we offer different payment plans.
Refund: If you decide that The Photographic Storyteller is not the right thing for you, you can request a refund within 14 days of the course start Date (By the 14th day at 23:59 CET).
If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 14 days you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan, regardless if you complete the program.
We do not issue partial refunds.

Content
Our Service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise make available certain information, text, graphics, videos, or other material ("Content"). You are responsible for all the Content you share or publish within our site.
All the Live Activities organized by Sebastian Liste Learn might be recorded and used in promotion and as educative content. By assisting to the Live session the participant agrees to this term.

Sebastian Liste has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Changes
At our sole discretion, we reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
